- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Never enjoyed coming to this branch once the Waterford once closed down. I will go out of my way to the Rochester branch. The ladies always seem to be pushy and miserable. A smile goes a long way in customer service! Maybe they should take some retraining classes. Always a crazy long wait, others have told me they were in and out but of course I've been stuck there almost 2 hours in the past.By Carissa Wood, May 17, 2017
