- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Used this bank back in early 2000. Now I remember why I dropped them and hated them. Worst customer service ever. Treat you like your an idiot because you question their stupid rules. Friend writes a fairly large check to my wife, because she is in the hospital. She tries to cash it to get her kids money who are away at colloge. There is more than enough money in the account and they tell her they have a 2500 limit per day for non members to cash checks. When did it become ok to have someone's money and put restrictions on how they can distribute it. I don't know how they stay in business and this is why I am at a credit union.By Dan Meissner, November 16, 2016
